Refund Policy

This Refund Policy is part of the Terms and Conditions for SEO OS, provided by AIC services, Egypt.

1. Try it free first

New accounts can use a free trial before paying anything, so you can decide whether the Service is right for you.

2. Payments are not refunded

Payments for monthly, 6-month and yearly plans are not refundable, in whole or in part, including for unused time or unused allowances. This is because paid plans immediately include services we pay suppliers for on your behalf, such as keyword data and plagiarism checks.

3. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and it will not renew. You will not be charged again.

4. When we do refund

• Billing mistakes: if you were charged twice, charged the wrong amount, or charged after you had cancelled, we refund the amount charged in error.
• Service not provided: if the Service was unavailable for a long period through our fault and you could not use it, we may refund or credit the affected period.

To ask, email george@ai-consultant-service.com within 30 days of the charge, with your account email and the date and amount. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; the time it takes to appear depends on your bank.

5. Customers in the European Union and the United Kingdom

If you buy as a consumer, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. When you subscribe, you ask us to start the Service immediately and confirm that you lose this right once the Service has started. This does not affect any other rights you have by law.

6. Changes to this policy

When we change this policy, we update its version date and ask you to accept the new version the next time you use the Service.
